Mitt (short for "Mittens")'s Story...
"Mitt" is a famous name now and that's my name! It doesn't matter if you're a RepubliCAT, or a DemoCAT or an IndePETent, you will fall in love with me. My full name is "Mitt As In Mittens But Mitt As In Mitt, If You're A Republicat." HAHA, see I have a great sense of humor too! Besides that I have a really unusual gorgeous creamy tabby and white coat. My eyes are a stunning green. I would really like to go to a great home. Since I probably can't get to the White House home, I'd be thrilled to get to your loving home. Please come and visit me in Cage #105 in the Cat Room. You won't be disappointed!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mitt (short for "Mittens"), a El Cajon Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
