Petunia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Petunia's Story...
Petunia is one of the biggest love bugs at Rescued for Life.
She is a bundle of energy that will whirl her way into your life with lots of love and
laughs. She would be a great fitness partner; she just loves to hike and run, or
do anything that feels athletic.
Petunia is incredibly intelligent and she learns very quickly. Ongoing training is a
must. Her charm is her enthusiasm for life.

Petunia loves all people and gets well along with dogs, but can be picky about
who she chooses as her female friends. She isn't fond of cats.
In consideration of how energy driven she is, Petunia would do best in a family with
children 4 + and a yard where she can romp around.
All in all, this energetic bundle of cheer would just make a terrific best buddy. She
sure hopes you're looking for one of those.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Petunia, a Aurora American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Aurora, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Aurora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aurora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aurora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aurora paves the way for another one to be saved.
