Sarafina's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sarafina's Story...
Sarafina is a lab mix (read about her mom and other littermates below), and is expected to be 50-60lbs. She is a DOLL! She is so sweet and sensitive, absolutely loves people, gets along with other dogs, and cats. She has her moments of normal, rambunctious puppy play, but is highly content curling up in your lap.

We rescued Tinkerbell from a high kill shelter in NC. She delivered 7 healthy pups 2 weeks after her arrival to our rescue. The pups were born 9/5 and will be available for adoption at 10 weeks of age. Tinkerbell is a black lab mix, she weighs around 35 lbs full grown. We have no way of knowing what the pups are mixed with other than their mom is a lab mix.

If you are interested in adopting one of the pups, please complete our adoption application for consideration:

Adoption fee: $350

The pups are fully vetted, up to date on age appropriate vaccines and dewormed. The adoption fee covers their spay/neuter and micro-chip at 6 months of age.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sarafina, a Alexandria Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Alexandria, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Alexandria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alexandria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alexandria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alexandria paves the way for another one to be saved.
