Stewie's Story...
Stewie wants to go home for the holidays! He is a delightful boy, has no health issues, and with the most amazing coat and big brown eyes. At 5 years old he’s past the puppy stage, making him much more obedient and easy to have around. Stewie lost his home so he finds himself again wanting to be loved by a family of his own. He is an all-around wonderful family pet who loves to play, run, go for walks and spend quiet time with his family. Stewie is a well-behaved fellow and is friendly with people, dogs and children. He is a super-size Chihuahua at 12 lbs., but his size just means he has more love to give. Can you see his wonderful heart and have room for this deserving guy?
All CRT dogs, are spayed or neutered, current on all vaccinations, fecal and heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. Stewieis being fostered in Dallas, Texas and must be adopted within the Central Texas or Oklahoma City area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stewie, a Dallas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
