Margie's Story...
Margie is a wonderful 2 year old dog that is pretty much perfect!! Her foster Mom says..."Margie is a great dog. She makes the perfect companion for a family. She doesn’t have too much energy, but just enough to keep you playing for a few hours. She loves to play fetch and completely knows the difference between her stuffed animals and my kid’s stuffed animals. She loves to go for walks and does very well on a leash. Most of all, she is absolutely 100% potty trained. Not once has she had an accident and the best of all, she lets you know. She will come over by you and put her paw on you, if you ignore her, she will give you a little growl to let you know she’s there and would like your attention. She does well cats and other dogs. She is a great dog, though I would recommend a household with children over 5."

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing and providing sanctuary to abandoned, stray and neglected dogs. We are not a shelter as all of our rescued dogs live in foster homes where they are given enourmous amounts of love and attention while they await their forever home. Many animals are overlooked or forgotten and our goal is to give them a second chance on life and home to be loved in.

Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption process is quite simple. We ask that you complete an application on our website DigsK9.org. We are a foster based organization so special arrangements can be made for you to meet the animal you are applying for. After review of your application we will follow up with either a phone interview or a home visit. If everyone agrees that this would be a successful adoption than we make plans to finalize it.
