Sir Paul's Story...
Sir Paul is a big gentle, handsome and shy, black and white 70-pound, three-year-old, male Lab/Hound-mix with soulful brown eyes and double dew claws looking for a loving guardian.

Sir Paul is a tentative guy who doesn't have an ounce of aggression in his body. He LOVES other dogs and feels more comfortable around dogs than people. He is looking for a quiet, loving home where he can work on his self-esteem and confidence building.

Sir Paul is very healthy, de-wormed, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-tested. If you are interested in adopting this sweet dog, please contact Melia at melia88@comcast.net . His adoption fee of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of Lucky Dog Rescue. He is currently living in a foster home in Chicagoland.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sir Paul, a Chicago Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
