Emilee's Story...
Emilee came to us from Hazelton, where she was rescued with her siblings and her mom..Eventhough the pups are now in our rescue, they are not ready to go to their homes until the 3rd week of December..But we are taking applications. The puppies all went to the vet today, Nov21, 2012 and were vaccinated, ( first shot) the pups also were dewormed and received a clean bill of health. We are looking for loving families that will treat these pups as loving family members. None of our dogs can be outdoor dogs, and are never to be allowed to live chained up., We suggest to go through puppy obedience classes as well when the pup is old enough. The pups will also be altered when they are 6 months old. Currently these pups are all in the Okanagan, but transportation can be arranged. We ask for an application, reference check, vet check and home check and all homes are required to have a fenced back yard. Contact us at 250-768-2604 or 604-997-2949

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emilee, a Chilliwack Corgi/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Border Collie for sale in Chilliwack, or seeking a Corgi/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Chilliwack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chilliwack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chilliwack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Border Collie breeders who help with Corgi/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chilliwack paves the way for another one to be saved.
