Sweet Pea's Story...
Hi I'm Sweet Pea! And just like my name I'm a sweatheart! I am so full of energy and very vocal when I get excited and when I meet new people. My previous mommy had to give my brother Baby Bear and I up because she couldn't care for us any more. I'm working on not going potty in the house, its really hard, but I'm getting the hang of it. My foster mommy is patient with me and brother. I know how sit pretty for a treat but that is all I know. I like to snuggle and give kisses and being up in my foster mommy's lap. My brother and I are working on being crate trained. We don't like to go in there when mommy has to go and we are super excited when she comes home! I'm good with people of all ages. My foster mommy has a little person that comes over a lot and I give him lots of kisses and he giggles! I would like to go to a new home with my brother but understand if we get separated.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweet Pea, a Phoenix Pomeranian/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Pomeranian/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pomeranian/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
