Bianca White's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting these kitties, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Bianca had a home with her brother but the owner tossed them out when they were no longer tiny kittens, to fend for themselves. Luckily a lady down the street cared enough to look after them and contacted VOKRA for help. Bianca is a little lady; demure and sweet. She has a pure white coat, a pink nose and two little grey dots on top of her head. She is quieter and less active than her brother Mick and just wants a warm lap to curl up in. She responds instantly to petting and rolls over to get a tummy rub. Bianca loves her brother Mick very much! They have been through a lot together, have never been separated, and must be adopted together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bianca White, a Vancouver Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
