My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ShaeDee was purchased, along with her brother, from an American Hairless Terrier breeder in North Carolina - when they were only 7 weeks old. At the age of five years their owner released them both to rescue. They both had heartworms, and Shae has almost completed treatment; she also had a minor fungal infection on her skin, but it's cleared up now. ShaeDee weighs a dainty 10 pounds. She's very sweet and affectionate, and loves to sit in your lap. Shae was house trained to use a potty pad, but loves to go outside to do his business (unless it's cold or raining). She is good on a leash, and comes when called if she's loose in the yard. ShaeDee is looking for a family who wants to give her a home for the rest of her life.
