Apollo-Urgent! Reduced by $150's Story...
Apollo is a 7 month old plott hound mix who loves kids! He Really enjoys foods and all sorts of treats and all the attention you can give him. He is a very energetic dog & would work well for someone who likes to hike, run, ect. Apollo still needs a bit of training but will almost do anything for a treat! He loves walks, playing with toys, and other dogs. He has a lot of good puppy energy so he would love to spend it playing with your kids. He is about 50 lbs and most likely full grown so about medium height. His colors are commented about all the time, so he is a dog you could show off around town because not many people have seen a dog that looks like him. He gets all sorts of attention due to his markings and loves all people! He is all ready for his forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Apollo-Urgent! Reduced by $150, a Portland Plott Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Plott Hound for sale in Portland, or seeking a Plott Hound dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Plott Hound breeders who help with Plott Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
