Lily's Info...

Lily's Story...
Lily is a friendly girl with lots of love to give! She is microchipped, spayed, has all her shots and is even declawed on her front 2 paws. She is a great cat who gets along well with people and other cats, we have yet to see her face to face with a dog but she is pretty laid back I we can imagine she would do just fine in any home. Lily does have to get a medication each day as part of her care, she has an over producing thyroid gland and so this daily medication keeps her levels in normal ranges. This medication is low cost and available at your veterinarian. To meet Lily in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday or Saturday during our normal business hours. Tuesday or Saturday doesn't work for you? To meet the animals any day of the week please call for an appointment and the staff will be happy to set you up with a date and time to visit us!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily, a Chippewa Falls Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chippewa Falls, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Chippewa Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chippewa Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chippewa Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chippewa Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
