Billy's Story...
Billy is 7 mos old and 8 lbs. This little darling was an owner surrender. A lady walked into her local petsmart and asked if anyone wanted him. She said her her "husband would not allow her to have an indoor dog". How sad for this sweet little boy. This little guy is good with other dogs and with cats. He is kennel trained and still working on good house potty manners. He loves to go for walks and does great on leash. Billy especially loves lap time and cuddle time!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Billy, a Richmond Pomeranian puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Pomeranian puppy from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
