Meow! My name is Lisa
|Breed:||Domestic Shorthair||Color:||Brown Tabby||Age:||Young|
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.
Lisa is a sweet year old girl. She was found on the streets of the Bronx in a local feral cat colony, but she was so friendly, it was obvious someone had once owned her and left her to fend for herself. Unfortunately, her would-be adoptive mommy had to move to an apartment in a building that doesn't allow pets, so we are looking for a forever home that will appreciate Lisa for the purr puss she is! She's playful & affectionate to humans but is not a fan of other cats. She would like to be the only kitty in your life! Lisa is also quite the model & likes to pose for the camera, especially if it means she's going to get a treat afterwards! Lisa is available for adoption or foster-to-adopt. Please contact to get more info and a chance to meet Lisa.

Rescue Group Info...
KittyKaretakers is a 501(c)(3) non profit which rescues cats & kittens in the Queens & Brooklyn areas of NYC and finds loving & caring forever homes for them. We are a completely foster-home based network; we have no shelter of our own. We intimately know the personalities of all our furry felines so that we can make the best match for your lifestyle!
We do many adoption events at various locales, please contact for further information or follow us on Facebook where we usually post our current adoption event locations & times! Currently we are regularly showing at PS9 Pets 169 N 9th Street in Williamsburg on Saturdays from 12-7PM and on Sundays in Park Slope at 135 7th Ave from 12-5PM.
All animals have been tested & vaccinated. All animals have also been fixed unless too young in which case we will arrange for this when they are old enough. There is an application and a small re-homing fee (to cover vet expenses) to adopt. Many of our cats are also available to foster until they find their forever homes! We also allow people to foster-to-adopt so they can give it a trial run, free of charge, for a couple of weeks before they finalize an adoption. If an adoption, for any reason, does not work out, we ALWAYS take the cat back. Contact us to get more information!
