JEEVES's Story...
~ ADOPTION PENDING ~ You may meet and apply to adopt Jeeves at our ADOPTION EVENT on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 9th from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in COSTA MESA. adoptpetmatch@gmail.com

~ ADOPTION PENDING ~ Jeeves is a male Terrier mix puppy only 9 weeks old. His coloring is beige and tan with little lighter tufts of fur on each side of his chin and a couple of wisps above each ear. His fur is on the wiry side with a light dusting of black on his back. Jeeves's tail gently arches over his back as he trots along. Jeeves is an adventuresome spunky little guy currently weighing approximately 3 pounds. He loves to wrestle and play tug-o-war. He will search out a toy, human, or any sibling he can find to play with. Jeeves often tilts his little head and perks up his little ears as if to say, “Is it my turn to play?” He is a lot of fun and should make an outstanding family pet. He appears to be quite smart and is highly trainable. Jeeves gets along well with other dogs and children and is used to cats. He and his 5 siblings were brought in stray to a very overcrowded, high kill shelter when they were barely 4 weeks old. They had no mother and could not stay at the shelter. All six puppies have been raised in a clean, safe foster home since 4 weeks of age and are very healthy and well socialized. Jeeves is puppy pad/paper trained and well on his way to learning good potty habits. He is ready for his new forever home today!

Jeeves 's adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He will be NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED and DEFLEAED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Jeeves is being fostered by Pet Match Foster Volunteers, Phyllis & Richard and is ready for his forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JEEVES, a Newport Beach Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
