Angelina's Story...
Angelina is a very sweet girl, she was adopted as a kitten and three years later her adopters returned her. They felt sorry for a kitty they saw at a shelter that lost it's leg. They brought the other kitty home and Angelina and the new kitty did not get along. Since returning the other kitty was not an option to the adopters, they decided to return Angelina. She should probably be an only kitty, but since we have had her we haven't seen any cat aggression. Angelina is overweight and needs to lose it by having room to run around. She seems terrified of the clinic atmosphere she has found herself in but loves to be petted and fussed over. Can you give this sweet girl a safe haven to recover in after losing her family of three years?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angelina, a Jenkintown Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Jenkintown, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Jenkintown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jenkintown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jenkintown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jenkintown paves the way for another one to be saved.
