Granola's Story...
Granola is a one and a half year old beagle mix who is at Cascades looking for her forever home because her last owners had too many animals. She is quite shy right now so will need some socialization and time to adjust to new surroundings. She will also need some work with housebreaking. Granola is a wonderful dog who just needs the right family to giver her all the love and affection she deserves. She enjoys the company of other canines so would do well in a household with other dogs. Granola is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and microchipped. Come meet Granola today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Granola, a Jackson Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
