My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lexus! He is a 100-lb, four-year-old, neutered, housetrained, Rottweiler / German Shepherd cross with medium-to-long hair. He is being surrendered due to a marriage split/move. Lexus is an all-round great dog with a "great companion" personality and a low activity level. He is excellent off-leash. He makes an excellent watch dog as he barks when strangers arrive, but is friendly and happy to meet them. In his puppy home, he lived and was fine with cats, but does not live with them currently, however, they shouldn't be a problem. He is great and playful with dogs. Lexus would do in a home with no small children. Older or no children would be fine. He is and has always been an indoor, well-mannered house pet with the run of the house, not an outdoor dog. Applications will not be accepted from families that can't accommodate him indoors. Being a large breed, he has sensitive hips, being easily-managed at the moment. His owner says that Lexus is a great, big, cuddly bear. This guy will make his new family very happy!
