Gizmo's Story...
Gizmo is a hoot! He is a lot of fun and will make a great family pet! He is an accomplished couch potato and leans like crazy! He is a GIANT lovebug!!! If you have seen Milo on our site, they are brothers and look like twins! Both of them are BIG & goofy but Gizmo has been socialized!!! He did NOT want to have his pix taken!!!! Big ole baby boy!

This sweet boy was purchased by a senior as a pup and by the time he reached 9 months, they sold him. The people who bought him then, stuck him outside so he spent the last yr outdoors, poor guy. He is soooo sweet we can't imagine him not being with his humans. He loves to go for rides & walks fairly ok on a lead with a gentle leader or halti! He is just a delightful BIG ole puppy dog!!!!

If you would like to help with his care while he is in rescue, please go our homepage: www.azdanerescue.petfinder.com and click on Donate!!! Thank you for caring.

If you would like to meet this very playful, loving boy, plz call or email to set up an appointment with his foster family. A home check and meet & greet with all family members is required. There is an adoption contract and an adoption fee of $400.00. 623 869-0409 Msg line

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gizmo, a Phoenix Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
