Bernie's Story...
Isn't he a beauty???? Bernie is 5 yrs young and loves life! We had to get a pix of him dragging part of his bed around, he is tooooo funny!

This handsome guy is looking for a forever family to give him a couch, take him for leisurely walks in the cooler weather and for rides! He is not comfortable with small kids so he would need to be put behind a gate when wee ones visit! Otherwise, he loves people and has been around other pets that are very laid back and not at all in his face! He likes to be the big man on campus, if you will!!!!

If you would like to help with his care while he is in rescue, please go our homepage: and click on Donate!!! Thank you for caring.

If you would like to meet this very handsome fella, plz call or email to set up an appointment with his foster family. A home check and meet & greet with all family members is required. There is an adoption contract and an adoption fee of $325.00. 623 869-0409 Msg line

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bernie, a Phoenix Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
