Captain - New Door Greeter's Story...
Captain is a very playful 10 month old. He loves to play with most any toy and would be really happy with a climbing tree. He is gentle and doesn't use his claws when playing with people so just trimming the claws every few weeks is all he will need and still be able to enjoy his kitty tree. This guy is very friendly to everyone! Santa says that he is a purrfect gift who will incorportae into most any home. Captain will be ready to be your companion on December 4th if not claimed by his owner before then.

Captain came to use before Christmas and needs to now find a home quickly!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Captain - New Door Greeter, a Springdale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Springdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Springdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
