Max's Story...
Poor Max...dropped off at a crowded high kill shelter by his family saying simply that they could not longer care for him! This very handsome 7 mos old boy doesn't require all that much...a warm bed, some good quality food, fresh water, clean litterbox, a few toys and alot of love! What you'll get back in return will be more than worth it! Despite all that has happened to him , he remains a very loveable & friendly boy; he loves to be brushed & will flop on his side for more. Max enjoys curling up on your lap or nearby and doesn't mind being picked up either! He is already neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped, too. Max is eager to settle in to a new home...one that's "forever" this time!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Arlington Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
