Bonnie aka Stubby's Story...
Meet Bonnie, AKA Stubby, or simply Stubbs! This sturdy dog has a big-girl body and big-girl head, but short, stubby legs. She is solid as a rock and quite a trooper, but stands only about as tall as a basset hound. Stubby loves to walk on a leash and will snuggle in your lap if you'll let her. She is a well-adjusted, stable dog with a relaxed and laid back disposition. She will make someone an excellent furry companion. Stubbs is available for adoption today. 706-957-8316

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie aka Stubby, a Albany American Pit Bull Terrier/Welsh Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Welsh Corgi for sale in Albany, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Welsh Corgi dog from a breeder in Albany.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albany already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albany breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Welsh Corgi breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Welsh Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albany paves the way for another one to be saved.
