Seymour's Story...
Seymour is an active and playful boy looking for a new home with someone that has an active lifestyle. He is quiet unless someone comes to the door and is affectionate. He is always up for an adventure. He loves to go for walks and does well with his other doggy companions at his foster home however likes to be the boss of the other dogs so he needs a submissive doggy friend, or he needs to be the only dog in the house. He loves to play with doggy toys and has learned if he stands at the top of the stairs he can roll the ball down the stairs and he can chase it. When his human friends are done playing ball with him. He learns things quickly and would thrive in a home that can challenge him mentally. He is a great little dog that will make an excellent little dog for someone.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Seymour, a Cokato Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Cokato, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Cokato.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cokato already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cokato breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cokato paves the way for another one to be saved.
