Tank's Story...
Tank is a 4-5 year old Pit Bull mix. He was adopted from the HSCC but returned because his family could no longer care for him. Tank might look tough but he's a big baby and likes to think he's a lap dog! He is very friendly with everyone he meets. He also loves to play! Tank has ongoing ear infections that will need regular cleanings and vet care so that is something to take into consideration if you are interested in adopting him. Can you give Tank the forever home he deserves?

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Johnstown, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Johnstown.

  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Johnstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
