Chloe is a 7 month old mixed breed little girl. She is currently 25 pounds and the vet said she will probably gain another 10. She is a very intelligent and loving dog.
She has short fur...doesnt seem to shed. She is spayed and vaccinated. She is house trained. She was left for dead on the Eastside of Cleveland but has forgot about all that as she joyfully and happily looks to the future with her sweet attitude!
Rescue Group Info...
Our Mission:
Hood Catz is a 501C non-profit dedicated to the betterment of the lives of stray and abandoned animals.
What we do:
* Rescue cats and kittens
* Identify and reduce the size of feral cat colonies through spay/neuter
* Rehabilitate sick and injured cats and kittens
* Evaluate and prepare cats for adoption
* Place cats and kittens in loving homes
Please call or email to schedule visit at foster home on SW side of Cleveland (Broadview & Schaaf Rd).
We request that an initial phone message or email inquiry be made by the person interested in adopting. We try to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
We prefer to contact them back by phone to ask our pre-adoption questions to verify placement of a great rescue in the most fitting forever home.
We then schedule meeting with the prospective adoptor with the rescue they are interested in. The animals live in foster homes after they are healthy, thus we really get to know their personalities.
If both parties agree to adoption then a simple adoption contract is filled out and a donation is requested for HoodCatz.
We rescue from all parts of the Cleveland area. We only take on the very difficult homeless cat/kitten cases (abused, neglected animals from condemned and abandoned properties). One cat at a time we rescue-rehabilitate-place up for adoption.
We AIDS/Leukemia Test, treat for all parasites, vaccinate and spay/neuter before adopted out.
