My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zachary: 1 yr old male gold brown rosetted glitter Bengal.

This kitty is a teenager. He is an active, playful, affectionate, vocal, get into everything kind of a boy kitty. ( This is not a sleep on the couch all day cat.) His new family needs to want his energy level in their home.He would probably be good with responsible children. If he grows into his long legs he will be a big cat. He is great fun.

I just got him today ( 12/4 ) and do not know him much at all. I can see he is affectionate and easy to handle and full of mischief and curiosity. He had a lot to tell me on the ride to his foster home. I would not recommend him for a 6 hour drive to his new home.. He would be fine, but his driver would definitely be weary and maybe hearing impaired . He wants everything now. He is very much kid, all about play.

Zachary is 8 pounds. He has been putting all his growth into length.
He is long and slender and has long elegant legs and a long, expressive tail. He will thicken as he ages. His rosettes are still developing. There is no question he is a beauty. His fur is golden with two colors of brown in his rosettes. He came into the shelter already neutered.

He would probably do well with an active playmate and an older male cat to teach him what is what. Maybe a playful dog to wear him out would be fun. He is goodnatured and energetic enough for all.

I know last night at a foster home en route to me he ate wet and dry food and was litterbox perfect.

More photo's and info soon. How do these gorgeous cats end up at risk in shelters?

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
