Aggie's Story...
November 23, 2012: Aggie came to BDRA because her owner was having some serious health difficulties and was unable to continue to care for her. She's a very friendly girl who loves both kids and adults! She would do well as an only dog or with other dogs and cats. She is excellently potty trained and goes as soon as she finds grass, and she crates well with a canine lullaby CD. She just loves her squeaky toys and plays like a puppy!! Aggie is very food motivated and loves to show off her perfect sit. She has a lot of personality and is a very sweet girl. Please fill out an application if you would like to make Aggie part of your home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aggie, a Wilmington Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Wilmington, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Wilmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wilmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wilmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wilmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
