Lottie's Story...
My name is Lottie. I am one very lucky puppy! My mom was dumped on a deserted road in West TN. She made it to the closest house where a family took her in and begin to feed and water her. Within 2 days of her making it to their house me and my litter mates were born. That was on October 7th, 2012. Thanks to this wonderful family I am a healthy and lively puppy. I am looking for my own forever home! I am up to date on shots, on heartworm and flea and tick prevention and soon will be spayed. My adoption fee is $400 which includes transport to the North East. For more information on me or my litter mates please email kegrescuefoster71@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lottie, a Glastonbury Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
