Sunny's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sunny's Story...
Sunny is mild-mannered, a bit shy, and completely sweet. She's about 5 months old, and was found under a car at a vet clinic in River Grove. She acts a bit timid at first, but once in your arms, she loves to roll around and rub into your hand. Sunny purrs up a storm when you scratch behind her ears.

She is spayed, microchipped, negative for FIV/Leuk, treated for all parasites, and fully vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $75, and she's ready for a new home with you! She's currently in foster-care, and if you'd like to meet this sweet girl, you can call or text St. Sophia's at 847-773-7639 or email us at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sunny, a Addison Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Addison, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Addison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Addison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Addison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Addison paves the way for another one to be saved.
