Lou's Story...
Howdy! I have had the great fortune to have been raised by my TERRIFIC Momma named Angel. She has been inspirational for me, and I love and admire her beyond compare. I'm a young man now, and I'm ready to venture out on my own carrying all the great lessons I learned from my mother: always be good natured and optimistic, trot on the sunny side of the street, love your humans with all the soul you possess, and be an eternally GOOD boy! Got it! I'm a natural as I have my Momma's excellent genes. I would love to go home with a superior new family who is willing to help me refine my already great manners with a good dose of Puppy Kindergarten! That sounds like so much fun, and I can't wait! Stop by and meet me! Say hello to my Momma as well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lou, a Denver Labrador Retriever/English Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/English Shepherd for sale in Denver, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/English Shepherd dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/English Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/English Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
