Riverbed Fred's Story...
Riverbed Fred is a wonderful 4 year old kitty that is need of a home with someone who has a big heart and is looking to take care of a special needs kitty. Fred has seizures, he's had them since he was neutered and given his vaccines. His family was able to find an alternative to medication by feeding him Science Diet and feeding him on a schedule and keeping him inside to decrease the amount of over stimulation he receives. He also suffers from crystals in his urine but with his special diet and plenty of hydration the issue is quite under control.

His owners love him very very much but they recently had a child that is severely ill due to her allergies to Fred. Since their child has been so ill Fred has had to stay secluded in his own kitty bedroom so he can stay in his home with his family but of course that's no life for Fred and his family wants the very best for him and their child. I was contacted by the family to help them find a forever and loving home for Fred. Below is the owners information as they still have him in their home although he is now considered one of my foster kitties. The less stress that Fred has to endure the better for his health. Please please don't hesitate to call me or the owner for anymore information. This kitty and this family really need your help and loving home.

About Our Rescue Group...
My name is Morgan and I work at a Vet Clinic (Clearfield Veterinary Clinic) where I am a vet assistant. 4 days after working here I was brought in a newborn kitten that was barely born found behind a dumpster with his deaceased mother and siblings, I was instantly saddened by this terrible reality but also happy that I was there to save him. I nursed him to health, fell inlove with him and I still have him to this day, His name is Burrito. I soon learned that this is NOT an uncommon thing that happens in our area, so I started to ask around. I found that most of these newborn babies were being euthanized and I couldn't bare the thought after having my angel, and that's where the rescue began. As of today I am single handedly responsible for the rehabilitation of about 700 lives. I do not have very many foster homes as I do not believe in one person taking in more than they can handle. My rescue may be very small but with the help of the Vet Clinic I work for they are very happy and healthy kittens no matter what, and if they aren't they ARE NOT ADOPTED!
Come Meet Our Pets...
Please call to make an appointment. I'm available to answer any questions and am very flexable for appointments. During the day the kittens are often at my work with me but at night they taken to my home where they stay in a decorated kitten room for their comfort and socialization.
Our Adoption Process...
Our standard adoption fee for kittens is $85.00. To cover the cost of Spay/Neuter, Microchiping, Vaccination, deworming and any other medical neccessities. Our kittens are cared for with much love and are trained to be acceptant of upkeeping such as nail trimming so that the costly de-clawing can be avoided.
Requirments: All kittens adopted must be indoor companions only and must be kept up on all vaccines throughout their lifetime. We also require that the owner agrees to bring the kitten back to us if they no longer want him or her rather than taking to a shelter/ rescue or any other third party. We whole heartedly love each and every orphan and want them to always be loved no matter where they are and are happy to continue to take responsibility for them long after they have been adopted.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We take in bottle fed kittens from other rescues and shelters across northern Utah includingl; No More Homeless Pets of Utah, 4Paws Rescue, Caws, Weber County Shelter, Brigham City Shelter and more. We take what other rescues can't take in due to lack of room or lack of help. We also specialize in the sick and disabled in dogs and adult cats.
