Scully von Mimster's Story...
Scully von Mimster is an adorable 18 month old Jindo/Husky mix girl. Although she is on the thin side right now, soon she will be at her ideal weight about 38-40 pounds. She will be a very beautiful girl soon, don't let her pictures fool you! Scully is great with other dogs big and small and she loves to do just about anything. She likes car rides, going to coffee or just napping. She is such a sweetie she even gives you her paw.
Scully has a condition called EPI (her system can't digest food properly), and requires an enzyme added to her food at every feeding. We are very familiar with this condition as it can be more common in shepherds, but it's very managable with the enzyme powder so don't let that stop you from adopting this sweet girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scully von Mimster, a Los Angeles Husky/Jindo dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Jindo for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Husky/Jindo dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Jindo breeders who help with Husky/Jindo rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
