My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yogi is a 1 yr old retriever mix. Yogi is a sweet pup that LOVES attention. Believing that he is a lap dog, he will try to prove this to you every time he climbs up pleading for attention. His foster family thinks he is just making up for lost time. Upon arrival, he was not too keen on his foster sibling, Sammy. There were some snips and growls when Sammy tried to play and Yogi was also pretty possessive over the toys. This has decreased significantly, but Yogi does not seem interested in playing with Sammy... only climbing in his foster moms lap for love. His foster family's cat has been hissing and growling but Yogi seems uninterested in him. Yogi seems housetrained and walks well on a leash without pulling. He had no problem quietly sleeping in a crate. When he arrived at his foster home, after easing in, his foster family turned on the TV and he looked at it like it was a UFO. He ran away from it and then cautiously crept up to check it out. Now that he has been at his foster home for a while, he doesn't mind the magic picture box. This is a whole new world, a wonderful one full of new experiences and new faces.
