Phoebe's Story...
Phoebe is a gorgeous kitty with a sad story to tell. Somebody put her in a box and left her outside at the shelter. It's hard to believe the cruelty, but she is well cared for and loved now at the shelter. Phoebe appears to be about a year old and is a gentle soul. She just sits quietly in her cage looking out at life wishing she was in loving arms. But until then, she waits patiently and hopes that one day she will no longer live in a cage. She is spayed, vaccinated, and FeLk negative. She loves to play with the other cats, particularly her next door cage neighbor, Sylvester. Email dfdietrich@sbcglobal.net to adopt. SHE IS ONE OF THE SHELTER FAVORITES and good with kids. Please take her home and love her forever.

About Our Shelter...
Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary is a nonprofit organization. It is a no kill shelter that rescues animals from kill shelters, takes in lost, abandoned, or owner surrender animals. Cash donations along with donations of food, flea medicine, and cleaning supplies are the only means of maintaining this safe haven for rescued animals. The organization is staffed by volunteers and one hired hand that are committed to our furry friends. We welcome scouts and other organizations to spend time at our shelter loving and caring for our animals. Release forms are required for minors, but they are welcome.

Hours for adoption are Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00.

Our Adoption Process...
The adoption fee for fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, wormed animals is $150. If the animal is not yet spayed/neutered, a lower fee is available so you can have it done yourself. The contract is a short two pages which can be filled out at the shelter. As we show potential pet adopters the animals we get a feel for their sincerity in adopting a pet. If we feel that the potential adopter is not adopting the pet to love and take care of the pet we reserve the right to refuse an adoption.
