MEET EDDY - NEEDS ADOPTER ASAP!

"EDDY" is a handsome male brindle and white Am Staff that is about 5 months old and weighs 30lbs. He is a high energy, happy, happy pup! He loves to play with balls, he loves to play with people, he loves to wiggle and he just loves life!
Eddy was in a rural high kill shelter and was on Death Row simply because there was no space for him. When we heard about this young pup and saw his adorable face, we knew we had to step up and give him a chance. We were able to get him into a temporary foster to save his life, but now he needs to be in a permanent home with an Adopter ASAP!
Eddy is quite a strong boy for his size and right now needs work on his manners - not surprising for a young guy that has just come from spending time cooped up in jail. He has a lot of learning to do to become a good canine citizen. Therefore, he needs a home with dog experience that will spend time doing training with him. Also, if there is another dog in the home it should be one that will "put him in his place" and not let him get away with some of his wild puppy antics. He will learn quickly and will do fine walking with a no-pull harness.
Eddy is a sweet boy that will make you smile and be a wiggly bundle of fun in your life. With training and some maturing, he will make a wonderful loving companion.
