Jake's Story...
My name is Jake...and well let's just put it out there, I may look like an old man, but realy I'm not! I am only about 5 or 6 years old! I think I'm just graying a little prematurely. Anyways, let me tell you about myself...I love you! I haven't even met you and I love you...I love people...I love treats..love...love....love. That pretty much sums me up! I am just a lovable guy and I love life and would love to find a home where someone would just love me back. We can go for walks if you'd like, I really do enjoy a nice walk. But then if you just want to sit and pet me, that's just fine too! So if you are in need of some love...consider coming to meet me! Contact the loving people at Wild Dog Rescue and we can all get together an meet each other!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jake, a Fennville Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Fennville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Fennville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fennville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fennville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fennville paves the way for another one to be saved.
