Nicole's Story...
"Hi there everyone...my name is NICOLE and I'm a beautiful six-month-old brindle Pit Bull mix girl who is in need of a new forever home. I am gentle, very sweet, mellow, and very loving. I'd love to have a new home and a new person or a family to call my own. I absolutely love going for walks, and I walk perfectly on the leash. We could get our exercise together. I know how to sit and lie down on command, plus I'll roll over for a belly rub whenever you want. I aim to please, so I know I could learn even more. I also enjoy getting brushed with a soft brush, as I know that keeps my beautiful coat always looking its best. At night when it is real quiet here at the shelter, that is a very special time for all the animals, as that is when we share our hopes and dreams with each other about finding a new forever home. Everyone is talking about the Holidays, and I'm thinking that I'd love to have a new home by then. I'd love a nice yard where I could get my exercise and enjoy myself, and to also have a comfy and snuggly dog bed of my very own in the house, so that I could always be close to my person or family. When you get to our shelter, just ask our kind Shelter Staff to introduce you to the beautiful and very sweet brindle girl whose name is Nicole, and I just may be that wonderful dog that you have always dreamed about. Please help me make my dreams come true, not just for the Holidays, but "FUR"EVER. You can bet that I'll be watching and waiting for you, and also listening for the sound of your footsteps near my kennel. Hope to see you soon, so that we can have some fun and get acquainted. See you soon. Love, Nicole" Kennel #47

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nicole, a El Cajon Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
