Zahra's Story...
Zahra's a young girl and still very much a silly puppy. She's about 40 lbs. so she's not very large. She's never met anyone that she hasn't loved. She gets along fine with other dogs. Zahra is wonderful with kids. We had her at a dog festival with all sorts of dogs loose and on leashes, she was being let around by a 5-yr. old girl. The only problem was the little girl was holding Zahra at the end of a 6 ft. leash and Zahra kept getting tangled in the leash because she didn't leave the girl's side. She never once went to the end of the leash to investigate anything. How's that for temperament!!! Zahra's ready for anything you'd like, whether it's snoozing on the couch with you or running a marathon. She walks fine on a leash, is crate trained, up to date with her shots, spayed and HW neg. (on preventative). She's ready to go to her furever home. If you'd like to meet her please contact her foster mom Suzy at 386-236-8529.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zahra, a Ormond Beach Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Ormond Beach, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Ormond Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ormond Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ormond Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ormond Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
