Spock Loves Kids!'s Info...
| Breed: | Collie Mix | Color: | Tan/Yellow/Fawn | Age: | Young |
| Size: | Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg) | Sex: | Male |
This boy has the BEST personality. He is so easy-going and happy ALL of the time. Very gentle with smaller animals and even babies play well with Spock.
His name was given because the day he was rescued, it was obvious his ears were newly cropped by an ill-guided person who had attempted to make this boy into a tougher looking dog.
He's a lover NOT a fighter by nature. Even after enduring this unnecessary pain, he is sweet-natured. Spock loves to play ball, enjoys running, and has a great sense of humor. We think he would thrive in a family with young, active children.

Rescue Group Info...
We are a group of like-minded women who are passionate about helping homeless pets. This involves rescue and rehabilitation, then helping find them loving "fur-ever" homes. We're located in central Arkansas, however transport is available to most states.
ArkanPaws Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit group. We are working toward getting our 501(c)3 non-profit status. All donations go directly to the animals' care. If you would like to make a donation, we have a couple of options. Make a check payable to ArkanPaws Animal Rescue and mail to ArkanPaws Animal Rescue, c/o Robin Stauffer, 5250 Lantana Drive, Conway, AR 72034, or make a donation on PayPal at arkanpaws@yahoo.com. Thank you for helping us care for the animals while we work to find them homes!
We're a foster based organization based in Conway, Arkansas. If you're in the immediate area, you are welcome to schedule a Meet N Greet with any of our dogs - please call or email us at least a day in advance. If you are out of area, please feel free to request a video and additional photos, as well as an extensive conversation with the foster parent who is sheltering your potential new fur friend.
We accept applications on the desired pet, then conduct a thorough screening process that includes talking to your vet and three personal references.
Once the application has been approved, then the dog is fully vetted, and registered with the State of Arkansas with a health certificate prior to boarding any transport. We do vaccinate and spay/neuter our animals age appropriately.
Please check our website at www.arkanpaws.org for complete information about our adoption process.
