I am up to date with shots.
Bogie has come a long way in his short time at APA. He is a little shy when you first meet him but warms up once you get him away from the noisy kennels.
Seems Bogie may have had a rough past. He is cautious of people as if he doesn't know if they will hurt him. Gentle and sweet, Bogie treads lightly on walks and readily follows your lead. He looks to his person for approval: responding to words of encouragement, treats, and repeated visits. He is learning to trust and wags his tail happily when he recognizes a friendly face. He is curious of his surroundings and goes exploring once he's comfortable in his space.
Bogie has been going to playgroup to socialize with other dogs. This has helped him to relax and be himself. This is where Bogie is happiest, playing with his partner in crime, Hunter. The two can often be seen rough-housing and having a good old time.
Bogie would love to go to a warm and welcoming household where he is free to relax and be himself. A loving couple or single companion with no kids would be ideal. Lifetime behavior training assistance is included in adoption.
He is sure to fill a place in your heart given the chance. Will you open your heart and home to this sweet dog?
