JILL (SRC#1335)'s Story...
JILL (SRC#1335) is a brindle Schnauzer Mix puppy (yep, her Mom is a parti Schnauzer) that is fun loving, full of kisses, and hoping for a forever home. Jill came to SRC with her mom and siblings when she was three days old. That was October 22, 2012. She will be ready to go to her new home just after Christmas 2012.

Jill is expected to be between 20-30lbs when she is fully grown up. She will be the perfect size for any family. Jill is a smart and quick learner and is already learning to use the potty outside at just six weeks old. Her foster Dad is a pro at raising puppies and has started the group early. They are all catching on super fast.

Jill is great with other dogs, she loves affection, and she loves to be held. She loves playing puppy games with her siblings, but most of all she loves curling up in a ball and sleeping beside you after a good meal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JILL (SRC#1335), a Lenoir Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Lenoir, or seeking a Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Lenoir.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenoir already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenoir breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Miniature Schnauzer/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenoir paves the way for another one to be saved.
