Hi, I hear you have been looking for me, well look no more because Here’s Waldo!!
Waldo is a young boy between 1-2, currently he is 65lb but could do with another 10 or so more. He is a super sweet and loves nothing more to than cuddling up with his person and helping them read or watch a movie.
He still has a lot of puppy in him so he will be best in a household with older children or adults he likes both cats and dogs. He is happy with a couple of 30 min walks a day or games of fetch in the back yard and will be unlikely to be your hiking or jogging buddy, he likes the couch too much! He is completely house trained and is working on basic obedience.
If you have a big couch with an empty space you would like to fill think about Waldo as your next best buddy.
When this sweet boy came to us, we noticed that his back legs were skinnier than the rest of his body and he was weak and off balance. OUr vet thought it might get better with time and that it may be due to the emaciated state that he was in when he was brought to the shelter. Unfortunately for Waldo, it did not get better and an orthopedic veterinarian has determined that he needs bilateral hip operations to relieve his pain and to help him walk better. Waldo will be able to walk, run and play and should have a normal life span after these procedures. We are raising money to schedule the first surgery now, but with a very brief recovery time, Waldo will be able to go to his forever home as soon as you want to take him home!

Bella’s Bully Buddies is an all volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission is to rescue pit bull type dogs from abuse, neglect and abandonment. While the dogs are in our care, we provide excellent nutrition, training and enrichment, veterinary care and lots of love in our network of foster homes. Our goal is to find each and every one of them a forever home where they will be loved as a part of the family for the rest of their lives. Through everyday interactions and community events we work to educate the public about the loyal, intelligent and loving nature that make pit bull type dogs wonderful companions and family members.
