Bentley is a 7 month old Golden mix that came to AGB by way of a shelter. It is believed that he came to the shelter from animal control. When AGB took him in, he was severely underweight and had what the vet called the worst case of mange they had ever seen. He had been suffering for some time and had infected sores and almost no hair left. All of this is behind him now and is really just a speed bump on his way to a fantastic life with his forever family. He now has his hair back and is much closer to a normal weight. Sadly, the cost of Bentley's treatments have been substantial. His vet bills are over $700 and expected to rise to $1000 before all is said and done.
