My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I’m Chance and I'm looking for a new forever family. I'm a sweet little boy who loves to cuddle and give kisses. I'm a Pekingese (or possibly Peke mix) and the vet estimates my age between 3 and 4. I’m only twelve pounds.

Some really neat people rescued me from an animal shelter just in the nick of time (whew). My foster mom says that she has no idea why I ended up there because I’m a perfect little fellow. I love to snuggle, but without being too needy. I'm great at sleeping at the foot of the bed and keeping your feet warm.

I have a lot of energy and a lot of love to give. Foster Mom says there is a perfect family out there for me somewhere. I hope she’s right. Will you be the one to "take a Chance" on me? I am currently fostering on the southeast coast of Virginia and my asking adoption fee is $275.
