Mimi ~ Adoption Pending's Story...
Mimi visited with Santa this past weekend. All she wants for Christmas is a family to take care of her. She is approximately 1 year old beagle/toy fox terrier that loves to play. She is very active but when she is done for the day will curl up on your lap and love you. She could possibly be very good at agility training due to her breed and energy. She can be with other dogs but prefers males to females. She is crate trained, sleeps though the night and walks nicely on a harness. She will have an accident if she gets excited or if your are ignoring her and she needs to go! She is up to date on shots, is spayed and is ready to find the forever kind of love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mimi ~ Adoption Pending, a Youngstown Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle for sale in Youngstown, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle dog from a breeder in Youngstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Youngstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Youngstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Youngstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
