Katy's Story...
Katy is being re-homed after living outdoors in cold Eastern Washington. Katy is female, 8 lbs, about 1 year old, and is mostly Chihuahua: Katy's mom is half Min Pin and half Chihuahua; Katy looks 3/4 Chihuahua. Katy is a little shy but very chill and will sit next to your chair or on your armrest. She is pretty sweet and would love a home where she's loved and where she can have time to play. She is good with other dogs, should be fine with people of all ages, and ignored her foster family's cat. Katy is very bonded with her son Logan, who is the last puppy to get adopted. They are shown in the picture sleeping together. tKaty's adoption fee includes her spay, basic shots, rabies shot, de-worming, and microchip. Please email connellpetrescue@gmail.com for an application to adopt her!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katy, a Seattle Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
