Chloe's Story...
This is Chloe , She is a very friendly little girl, about a year and 1/2 old . She is less then 8lb Her owner never had the time to properly train her so she will need basic obedience training but is friendly with all animals . She is very energetic and would be great for kids. She is kennel trained and knows to run to her kennel when they leave. She would need a securely fenced in yard she can escape easily, however this may not be a problem with proper exercise and her not being left home alone all day.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Lexington Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Lexington, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Lexington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lexington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lexington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lexington paves the way for another one to be saved.
