Penny is a very sweet little girl. She loves to be with people and is a bit of a lap dog. She is housebroken. She weighs just around 14 pounds but could stand to gain a little more weight. She is an adult dog only about 7 years old.. She came to our shelter as a stray so we have no history on her. She has been vaccinated.
