*COURTESY LISTING. This pet is NOT in foster care with Leftover Pets. If you have any questions or would like to adopt this pet, call Bacari at 404-697-0268. The cats are in the Duluth, GA area

Nigel is a 5 year old long-haired tabby who is neutered and up to date on distemper/rabies/Felv/FIV vaccines. He is an indoor cat, not declawed, and is great with other cats and children. He is a couch potato/lap cat but loves toys, catnip, and above all else – being brushed! Needing a new home because I recently got married and my wife’s 2 girl cats are constantly attacking him and his brother Oliver in our new home and causing general havoc! I have been forced to keep the boys in the garage which really isn’t fair to them because they love human interaction so much. He and his brother deserve a home where they can live peacefully indoors like they used to!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

*Nigel, a Winder Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Winder, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Winder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winder paves the way for another one to be saved.
